He is a member of bodies like Institute of Clinical Research, UK, Association of Clinical Research Professionals US and is an approved trainer in GCP Association of Clinical Research Professionals, US. Currently he is a Director, Scientia Clinical Services and a consultant at Venture Center, a technology business incubator in Pune. He is also an member of ethics committees of wellknown hospitals in Pune. Sharad, who enjoys giving back to the community, is a high-level athlete, competing in national and international Table Tennis events, with numerous national titles to his name. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the field of polymers as biomaterials for tissue engineering and regeneration. Her work has been extensively published and she is a coinventor on several patents describing innovative polymer processing protocols. She is the recipient of “Leaders in Innovation Fellowship” form Royal academy of Engineering UK and has recently been awarded the “Young Entrepreneur Award 2020” by Indian National Academy of Engineering.
