Waterproof and Comfortable

Seriderm® Post-Op is a waterproof and durable post-surgery wound dressing with a conformable polyurethane film and a silicone adhesive that forms a secure seal around the wound, without disturbing the wound-healing process. Designed to withstand daily wear, this surgical wound dressing is both sweat-proof and shower-proof, while being breathable and comfortable. Additionally, it offers painless application and removal and stays on for up to a week, minimizing patient discomfort.

Faster Healing of Surgical Wounds

The wound contact layer is infused with 100% silk protein, promoting accelerated healing through optimal moisture management and tissue regeneration. Seriderm® Post-Op also helps reduce inflammation, creating a clinically supportive environment for faster recovery from surgical procedures.

Prevents SSIs

Seriderm® Post-Op forms a secure, waterproof seal that protects the wound from bacteria and contaminants. By staying in place for up to a week, it minimizes the need for frequent changes and reduces exposure to microbes, significantly lowering the risk of surgical site infections (SSIs). Furthermore, Seriderm® Ag Post-Op offers sustained release of silver ions over 7 days for added antimicrobial protection.
