Developed and implemented design control procedure as per revised MDR that was adopted as model for implementation across sites.

Launched 3 new products that contributed to successful clinical outcomes for 15000+ patients between 2012 – 2018. Designed innovative locking plate system for fractures that was granted patents in U.S, EU, Japan.
