Dr. Jayanti Thumsi is a Senior Consultant at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore. She has more than 21 years of experience in complete breast care and has performed more than 3500 breast surgeries till date. Dr. Thumsi completed her MBBS and MS (General Surgery) from Grant Medical College and JJ group of Hospitals, Mumbai, respectively. She has also received Breast Oncology training from the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (Breast Unit) and training in Breast Reconstruction Surgery. She is also the author of bestseller book “Lump to Laughter”.

Dr. Ghooi, is an experienced pharmacologist with a Ph.D. from the renowned Haffkin Institute, India. He has long experience of 30+ years in Clinical Pharmacology. Dr. Ghooi has held key positions during his tenure and also been involved in teaching. He is a member of bodies like Institute of Clinical Research, UK, Association of Clinical Research Professionals US and is an approved trainer in GCP Association of Clinical Research Professionals, US. Currently he is a Director, Scientia Clinical Services and a consultant at Venture Center, a technology business incubator in Pune. He is also an member of ethics committees of wellknown hospitals in Pune. He has also been very active in writing about ethical issues around medicine, and has published over 50 articles in national and international journals, including The Lancet. He has authored a book entitled Essentials of Clinical Research, which is used as reference book in colleges and institutions involved in clinical research.

Dr. Sharad Pandit is the Managing Director of Care 24-7, a company which provides comprehensive Emergency services to hospitals across Australia. An Emergency Physician by training, he has many years of international experience including in India, Germany, UK, the USA and Australia. Sharad has held senior consultant positions in Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine in the United States and Australia and has overseen the Calvary Adelaide Emergency Department since 2011. Sharad, who enjoys giving back to the community, is a high-level athlete, competing in national and international Table Tennis events, with numerous national titles to his name. Sharad is a volunteer international classifier for Para Table Tennis.

Ms. Priti Rao holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. Ms. Rao is the Managing Director at Pumpkin Patch Daycare with an expanse of 20 Daycare centers and 1000+ children under their care. She is also the Chairperson of Aatmaja Foundation, a non-profit organization enabling young girls from underprivileged background to become successful professionals. She has 25 years of diverse experience in building and delivering IT services for customers across five continents. She has built large remote infrastructure services business for Infosys using global delivery model. She has held senior executive positions with global teams, P & L responsibility and large location responsibility for best of breed IT services companies like Infosys, L & T and multinational companies like Dell. Ashish is a distinguished polymer scientist and chemical engineer. He is the Director of CSIRNational Chemical Laboratory, a premier materials research national laboratory. Ashish holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Delaware, USA. He has been a postdoctoral fellow at University of Cambridge, UK. Ashish is a highly decorated scientist and has several years of experience in technology development.

Premnath is biomedical products technology developer and commercialisation specialist. He is the co-inventor of the pioneering highly cross linked UHMWPE implants that is licensed to Zimmer-Biomet and implanted in more than 1 million patients world-wide. He is also the developer of porous polyethylene maxillofacial implants licensed to Biopore Surgicals. Premnath holds a PhD from MIT (USA) with a specialisation in biomedical polymeric materials and an undergraduate degree from IIT-Bombay. Premnath is also trained in new venture development as a Chevening Scholar at London Business School, UCL and University of Cambridge.

Swati is an expert in Molecular Biology and Genetics. She has done her Doctorate at the erstwhile Pune University . Her past engagements include working as an Application Expert for a startup, founding faculty of a B.Tech. Biotechnology course at Pune University, and working as Associate Professor at Symbiosis School of Biomedical Sciences. She has played an important role in driving life sciences related work for all Serigen products.

Anuya completed her PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Bombay and Masters in Materials Science from University of Delaware, USA. She has prior experience working as a Scientist in the GE Plastics – John F Welch Technology center. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the field of polymers as biomaterials for tissue engineering and regeneration. Her work has been extensively published and she is a coinventor on several patents describing innovative polymer processing protocols. She is the recipient of “Leaders in Innovation Fellowship” form Royal academy of Engineering UK and has recently been awarded the “Young Entrepreneur Award 2020” by Indian National Academy of Engineering.
